Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Digital Empreendimentos. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds below. The following terms apply to any project or product you purchase from us.

Definitions

Company ("the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Digital Empreendimentos.
Deliverables refer to the eBooks, WebApps and pages offered through our services.
Order means a request by you to purchase a project or product from us.
Website refers to digitalempreendimentos.sbs.
You means the individual or entity purchasing or commissioning a project through the Website.

Your cancellation rights

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 7 days of confirming it, without giving any reason, as long as production on your deliverable has not yet started.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, by mail to R. Raimundo Correia, Betim — MG, Brazil, or by emailing suporte@digitalempreendimentos.sbs.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same payment method you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for refunds

For an Order to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

The request is made within 7 days of the Order being confirmed.
Production of the deliverable has not yet started, or has only just begun.

Once production has started, refunds are calculated based on the work already completed at the time of the request, as agreed in the project scope. Deliverables that were fully custom-built to your specifications and already completed cannot be refunded.

We may decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions above, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
